Lists and Subscribers Only

SUBSCRIBER ONLY LIST PROBLEMS This is more an FYI post so that someone doesn't have to go through the issues that I went through trying to puzzle this out. We have been using mailenable for about 18 months now... back before the listserver (lists) had the in-built ability to allow only subscribers ...

TAB File import from external server

Just to polish off the conclusion from my previous post... my client puts together TAB files on his web server based on a database that he has... it's a security policy between our organisations that we do it this way. At any rate... he runs the following: strName = "d:\directory\someotherdirectory\...

TAB File import from external server

As railwayvenkat says, the list content files are located in the following directory: Mail Enable\Config\Postoffices\postofficename\Lists Each file in this directory will have the name {ListName}.TAB. This file contains the list members (in ME's internal address formating) ie: [CONNECTOR:Address] ....

Unable to receive

We managed to get up and running again by uninstalling professional (backing everything up, of course), and reinstalling (which we've successfully done up to v. 1.13). Will attempt v. 1.14 on another day - we're able to send and receiving without any hitches. Thanks to support for their emailing bac...

Webnmail components won't register

Hello, I have been using Windows XP and had everything working great, and then a virus got in... and I had to reinstall my Mail Enable application. The problem is that the Webmail component will not register (it shows as 'skipping' on the install dialog). Everything else works fine - the webmail ski...

Individual Name for Recipients in Listserver

Hi! Great product! :D One thing - my listserver recipients often get filtered by corporate firewalls because of something to do with the addressing of emails (I am not sure of the technicality of header information here, however I am told that only the 'reply-to' field should reflect the list server...
