MailEnable, we love you but want better webmail

Does mailenable support acting as a smarthost forwarding to a different port?

meaning -- the "real" mail server is listening on something other than port 25 -- so using mail enable to forward to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:##?

My expectation is that i...

Base name/applications

in the /default.asp page it runs a function called GetSiteBaseName() which determines which base application it uses.

how can i set the base name for each domain/host so that it will point to my specific base application?

Here is the steps i am trying to accomplish:

1-User sends email to support@
2-email comes in...support system generates an ID
3-Subject line of autoresponder to user gets subject modification with ID in it
4-email to support gets subject modification with ID in it

do you have an example that would load the message and modify the subject line? i seem to be getting the arguments, but nothing is happening (i'm using functionality similar to the sobig pickup event -- yes i know the params are different...i've confirmed i'm using the right params)

Mailbox Delivery Event

I would like to integrate MailEnable into our existing support system. I want users to be able to email a support request to support@ and have the autoresponse assign them a ticket ID... I am having difficulty finding out what the Mailbox Delivery Event (NOT MTA PICKUP EVENT) parameters are and how ...
