not possible with ME Standard or Pro.
You can only bind 1 IP address for ooutbound.
Just make sure, that a PTR recored DOES exists for 22.22.22.5, even if it does not match the domain name associated to your .6 or .7 domains.

Even tough there is a PTR record for mail.makecor.com, it seems to be a generic one from your provider?
Also, are you sending mail trough your ISP's SMTP server?

You can bind to multiple addresses for the Inbound SMTP, but only to 1 address on the Outbound SMTP. This will only affect any Reverse DNS lookups for e-mails sent from your server, as you can (should) have only one RDNS record per IP address. This means, that mail.companya.com and mail.companyb.com...

.... again Microsoft wants to play the strong arm on this. As of close the end of the year they will "spam" all e-mail that does not come from a domain that uses Sender-ID.

this is a long debated and reported problem with the webmail interface...... ME has reported that they would , at some point, look at this to be corrected, but it is really, really low in their priority list.
