Probably best to set deny on the IP addresses. Go into SMTP properties and in access control enter the IP address the relay attempts are coming from.

This will reject their attempts by not allowing them to talk to the server.

Hi

We are running version 1.5018 of standard and 1.0010 of professional. We get the option to open mail in a new window in the webmail client. Just webmail doesn't exist as an option under the services tab.

:?: I have a registered copy of Mailenable pro and I went into the admin console and I don't have webmail as an option in the services branch

I do have webmail installed and it is working. I haven't installed the webdav options though, could this be the reason?

Just to say we encountered problems with the SMTP Service stopping today - event viewer just reports the MESMTP Service terminated unexpectedly. I restarted the service and a few minutes later it stopped again. Rebooting the server seems to have resolved the issue - but could it be a resource leak s...

Mail sent dates

Hi I'm using a registered version of Mailenable Pro, using latest releases (as of todays date) - all the dates and times are fine on mails sent via outlook. However, on several websites I've got forms which send mail back to the domain admins using server.CreateObject("MEMail.Message"), which works ...

Blocking whole IP Block Addresses

Hi

Quick question, you mentioned in another post we can apply blocks at the SMTP server. Is it possible to block the IP address range for a whole provider in the SMTP Access control?

If so how does one do so? It would take an age to add them in individually

Thanks

How to block inbound mail when from address has been forged

Hi I have been receiving UCE from someone who is forging the from address to match one of my users. The IP address of the offender was not in my blacklist. How can I block the offender? Is it as simple as adding the IP Address to the blacklist or is there another way to do this, as the from address ...
