FYI I use custom filters in ME to catch the "Spam" from ASSP and deliver them to the webmail anyways. All you do is set ASSP to "Test" the filters that could possibly flag "False Positives". ASSP will add the header but not manage the spam.. that way you can read the header later on and allow the ma...

I am very sorry but just after posting that thread I decided to move away from both the built in filters as well as away from MEFilter.

I am now using ASSP and I don't have the need for this utility. I still have most of the source code if anyone wants to pickup where I left off.

There are several options you can do 1) POP3: make sure "keep message on server" is checked for both the Blackberry AND Outlook 2) Use IMAP for both (leaves mail on the server) 3) create a "group" called jim@domain.com and include jimoutlook@domain.com and jimblackberry@domain.com in the group... th...

Since the code is compiled in a DLL you would either have to disassemble the DLL and add the code in, or somehow do an Override on the class in question.

Easier yet, suggest it to ME to do it in the next build

not sure entirely how you are doing it, but in vb you can do something like

select all the mailboxes and store them in an array and then loop through that ... if not exists then.... insert.

Honestly I would not recommend using an AV with MailEnable. MailEnable uses an MTA to pickup the mail file, send it to the scanner, and then continue on route. This can be very system intensive as ME needs to launch a NEW process for every message. You will be much better off with a "Service" scan. ...

Your clients are connecting to a server using ASSP. Whatever server your clients are connecting to is the server that needs to be checked. Basically if a single organization in a single building has say 500 employees all trying to send email at the same time on the same IP address... ASSP is going t...
