ME Ent SQL Direct Access

This is a further step into madness; a MS SQL Server Mero Stored Procedure. This code uses the same SQL database that ME uses. Simply execute the following two statements. They will create the mero table and the stored procedure. Once these are created, setup your SQL agent to run the procedure at t...

ME Ent SQL Direct Access

I took the original lovely mero code and rewrote it to directly access the SMTP_ACCESS table in ME Ent. This code has no logging and no screen interaction; however, the rest of the business logic is untouched. The only thing a person would have to do is create a new table in the ME database called m...

I wrote this a while back. It allows the addition of users and groups via an ASP 3 script. It also requires you to have written a form.

Hope this helps.

I was having trouble creating any object ME offered. To fix this I deleted the ME nodes under COM+ and used ME installer to recreate them all. After that, everything worked fine.

Just a suggestion.

Command Files

I have around 1000 messages in several different queues that do not have command files. When I looked at the developer documentation to create new command files, the fields looked completely different. I know a good bit about programming in VB6. Is there a way for me to create new command files for ...

Add a user or group via the database

This is somthing I could not find anywhere. I gave the code some pretty heavy commenting so no one would be left in the dark. Let me know what you think! Some official ME comments would be really nice! <%Option Explicit Response.CacheControl = "no-cache" Response.AddHeader "Pragma", "no-cache" Respo...

Changing the default e-mail is easy to do. Simply use Outlook Express to create a new message. When you have inserted all the pictures you want to use, save the message out to a file through the File > Save As... Also, if you are a control freak like me, you can turn on View > Source Edit to control...

Reverse DNS per Postoffice

Unfortunately, I could not find any documentation about this on the forums, in the KBs, or on Google. In each postoffice under the "feature selection" tab, there is a checkbox for "Enable Reverse DNS Blacklisting for this Postoffice." How does this option differ from the options in the SMTP connecto...
