Can you try delete cookies from your browser? Also you can change default language through Mail Enable Management console >> Servers >>> Services >>> Webmail >>> click on Mewebmail.localhost and you can change webmail settings.

IT's a very good mail server. Yes, it works fine on Windows 2008 Server x64.
