I can discover an issue when I clicked refresh button on MMC, if I had selected SMTP >>> Outbound - Priority or Outbound - Bulk.

Can you try delete cookies from your browser? Also you can change default language through Mail Enable Management console >> Servers >>> Services >>> Webmail >>> click on Mewebmail.localhost and you can change webmail settings.

Yes, you're right. The Helicon Rewrite ISAPI was the problem with FreeTextBox. After 2 days and several test, I can discover it.
