As far as I can tell the services are working correctly. I just took a sampling to look thru and tried to see what happened. I think the best way to make the blacklisting and rdns lookups work with the trace utility is to have them mark the message and not block it. You can setup a filter to handle ...

I want to upgrade from 1.79 to 2.x but had issues last time I tried (2.32 and 2.34).

That will only work if you own/control the IP space. Most likely your provider will have to do it.

If he is using Verizon, then it would make sense. They may block port 25 and he has to relay thru them. Then the include statement would make sense.
