The Mobile web mail interface does not support moving of messages from folder to folder. Something that need sot be added in future revisions of mobile web mail.

When it happens again use Windows task manager to find which service is using the CPU resources. We really need to know which service in order to help further. Or log a ticket and provide access to the server so we can check in more detail.
