Yeah, try and upgrade and if that doesn't work then log a support ticket under category "upgrade" and provide server access.

Does the diagnostic report run outside the administration console? You can run it outside the console by opening a Windows "Run" command and typing: mediag

Hi,

Check the post office connector activity and debug log files to see if the redirection is occurring when it gets delivered to the recipient mailbox.

Did you import the certificate into the Windows "Personal" certificate store? Did you import the associated private key for the SSL certificate?

For crashes relating to mmc snap-ins or MailEnable core services please log a support ticket under "Upgrade" and provide access to the server via RDP or TeamViewer so that a technician can troubleshoot in more detail.
