Hi,
If the password reset is done via web mail then you can enable web mail logging under the "Webmail" properties node. Not sur eif it logs the password reset though.

Re: local delivery with smart Host
Hi,
MailEnable will always to try to deliver locally if the user exists locally. if you want to smarthost the message then you can do this but the mailbox cannot exist locally.

Hi,
Can you provide more detail when you say "I check forward". Where are you checking this? Are you trying to redirect messages?

Re: Can't receive any email from outside of server
Hi,
The SMTP service is responsible for sending/receiving emails from remote mail servers. Therefore you will need to trace through the SMTP log files to see what is happening in more detail. When trying to send to a MailEnable recipient do you receive any bounce messages with errors?

Re: incomplete trace with message tracking
Hi, Easiest way id to trace through the SMTP log files for the inbound transaction and message ID and then use the message ID to trace through the MTA agent log files where the message is routed from the SMTP inbound queue to the SF (postoffice connector) inbound for delivery to the mailbox. The mes...

Hi,
What version of MailEnable Professional are you running. Does this happen when you try and print any type of message? Or only on a specific message?

Hi,
You can delete it or rename the current dictionary file for backup and then retrain it. Please see:

Re: Relay - Allow Relay for Privileged IPs
Hi,
You need to set the SMTP security option for "Address Spoofing" to "Authorized connections can spoof the sender address" and leave the IP address within the SMTP relay option for "Privileged IP's".

Re: Windows Explorer crashes after sending mail
Hi, Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket via our support submission form below. The reason is that you can then enable MAPI client side logging and provide a copy of the MAPI Connector which will provide more information and the components being loaded that may point to a problem. Are...

Re: Please Help. Cant Connect Email Clients
Hi,
In the email client account settings try and use the IP address as the server name for SMTP and IMAP to see if this works. Are you able to telnet to the MailEnable server from the client machine and connect port 25 and 143?
