Re: SPF and DKIM question

Hi, It depends on the receiving server and how strict they are. If you are passing SPF and failing DKIM I would think Google will still accept your emails. Do you get any bounce message failures? Have you tried sending to a gmail account you have access to to see if its delivered? You might want to ...

Re: Export Mailbox ,password and email adress to file

Hi, There is no option to export the addresses in the admin console. You are best using a Power Shell script using the MailEnable API. A script example can be found below. You can add/edit the script to add other values to export. I.e: mailbox name, password etc. # Ensure the snapin module is loaded...

Re: Webmail showing session timeout, but works using local IP addess

Hi,

Best way forward here is to lodge a support ticket so that a technician can login to the server and examine the configuration in more detail.

Re: User is not receiving emails, how long to rebuild index?

If you need to update the index then the best way would be to create a _change.dty file (an empty text file) using Win...

You should consider integrating MagicSpam which executes its filtering at the SMTP level which may help suppress the inbound connections. Although these should really be stopped at ...
