Hi, The best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket so we can gain access to log files etc. and the server if possible. If you still have the mailbox in this state then we would recommend enabling high level debug logging as well for the IMAP service to provide more information errors when t...

Run process monitor and filter on the renaming tool. Check the activity to see whats its doing at the time it freezes.

Please download 9.83 from the link below and upgrade (free upgrade) as there has been many fixes to IMAP since 9.79 that you need to apply.

Hi,

The first step is to upgrade your MailEnable version to the latest on our downloads page.

The web mail client contains an "Archive/Purge" option when you right click on a folder. It allows you to purge messages using criteria of days old, subject, or sender address.
