Hi,

The default return code values fro AVG, are 5 and 6, these values should be a default setting in the AVG properties window within Mailenable message filter>Mailenable Antivirus filter.

Hi,

You can only view HTML messages in Mailenable Professional webmail, to be able to create HTML messages, that is possible within the Enterprise version which contains a HTML rich text toolbar.

Hi,

You can specify a reply-to address for a Mailbox. To do this navigate to the Mailbox properties window and go to the "Addresses" tab, here you will be able to add/remove addresses and have the ability to specify which one will be the reply-to address.
