Hi,

Are you referring to the variables used in the template file for the "Notify reciepient" action, or is it the action that does not execute when the filters criteria is met?

You can check this by navigating in the MMC to File>Add remove snap-ins>Extensions and select Mailenable Management in the snap ins dropdown menu and check to see if the webmail service is in the list and checked. Hi,

If you selected "preserve exisiting settings" when you upgraded then it will retain the old config file form the 1.16 version. Is all working OK now?

Hi, Looking at the error Outlook is producing, it seems it could be a firewall preventing you from sending or a missed typed email address. Seems like the version you are running is quite outdated, I suggest you download the latest Professional version 1.54 and upgrade. You can find the latest version at this location: http://www.mailenable.com/mailenableprof.exe
