Hi,
Navigate to the Filters directory C:\program files\mailenable\Config\Filters and locate a file with .BLK extension. Delete this file to resolve the problem. Did you upgrade from an earlier verison of Pro or Enterprise?

Hi,
Ensure that there is no redirections set on the mailbox (bseale@tasteboutiques.com), also check that the mailbox is not disabled. We are aware of an issue which has been addressed in the next release, where if you haad a disabled mailbox the message would go to the Postmaster account.

Hi, If you have Mailbox's that already exist and then you go and enable the simple password option it will only come into effect if you change the exisiting password for the mailbox to a password that is not simple. It will still allow the mailbox's with existing simple passwords to login to Webmail...
