Hi,

The redirection option is in the mailbox properties menu. Right-click the mailbox and click on properties. In the next window click on the "Redirection" tab to configure redirection for the mailbox.

Hi,

If the evaluation period expires then it will disable the filtering option.

If it isn't the license then i suggest you check that MTA filtering is enabled under the MTA>Antivirus/Filters options.

Hi,

Do you have the "ehlo" commands enabled under the SMTP>Advanced properties"? Navigate to Connectors>SMTP>Advanced SMTP.

Could you also show the log extract of when the message bounced?
