Hi,

In professional to open the message in a new window, you can click on the first icon, next to the tickbox for the message, which will allow you to open the message in a new window.

Hi,

Ensure that the username is correct (In the screenshot for account name you have: 123@sprungmedia.com, ensure that the postofficename part is correct. Do not use the domian name you need to use the postoffice name. (IE: 123@sprungmedia).

Hi, Ensure you are loading the correct .msc file for the professional version. Hi,

Ensure that you are using the correct Ensim scripts for Ensim. Version 4.0 should be used with the 4.0 Scripts, the 3.6 with the 3.6 scripts.

Hi, This problem has been fixed in the 1.05 release of Enterprise. The problem was that the DIR_SIZE.tmp file located in the mailbox's inbox folder that contains the folder size was getting calculated in Kilobytes instead of Bytes. Hi,

Can you explain what doesnt work? Is the utility producing errors? Ensure when using the language utility you specify Enterprise in the dropdown menu labelled "Application Base".

Hi,

Have you stopped started the POP service? The POP before SMTP directory structure (Config\Connections folder) will get created when the POP service is stopped/started. The .PBS file that resides in the connections folder will get created when the user tries to authenticate this way.

Hi,

You can change the member list limit by right clicking on a the postoffice the list resides in and navigate to the Web Administration properties window. Here you can specify how many lists can be created and how many members for the lists.
