Hi,

Navigate to Servers>localhost>services>Webmail and right click on webmail. In the properties window of webmail you will see "Number of messages per page" option. You will need to restart webmail components and IIS for it to make the change.

Hi,

When does the error occur? Does this error occur on all mailbox's? Have you tried running the MEInstaller.exe utility located in c:\program files\Mailenable\BIN directory and run the option to re-install the webmail components?
