Hi,

If the evaluation period expires then it will disable the filtering option.

If it isn't the license then i suggest you check that MTA filtering is enabled under the MTA>Antivirus/Filters options.

Hi,

Do you have the "ehlo" commands enabled under the SMTP>Advanced properties"? Navigate to Connectors>SMTP>Advanced SMTP.

Could you also show the log extract of when the message bounced?

Hi,

You should establish whether you can telnet to port 110 of your mail server or check to make sure that a firewall is not blocking port 110.

You can try and connect to port 110 of your mail server by typing in a dos command prompt the following:

C:\telnet (domainname) 110
