Hi,

First check you have the filters option enabled by navigating to MEssaging manager>Servers>localhost>Filters and right click filters. In the opening window you can enable/disable the filtering option.

Check the filtering logs for an indication if the filter is executing or not.

We are aware of this issue and it has been put into our issue register. There should not be any problesm with norton scanning for viruses, this is just an error display issue.
