This means that there is no log files available for it to search through. If you are using Plesk, their reporting facility will delete log files after reporting, or you may have disabled or purged the log file.

Hi, BlackBerry 10 should be ok. They had some initial bugs in their ActiveSync, but after a few updates it is working ok for our users. Make sure you have the most recent OS version. This is showing that monitor has a threshold of 20 hours, so would mean nothing has gone through the outbound queue for 20 hours.
