WebMsail not working after U/G to 6.5

We upgraded from 5.0.5 to 6.5 and now, when we try to send from WebMail,the following error occurs: "Server communication failure. Please refresh your browser and try again." OK, I will try that. I have set Postini to bounce all messages for addresses that are not in the Postini user list and have added the 255.255.240.0 IP range for Postini to Mail Enable.

We considered that but here is the problem. With the Postini Spam Service, the e-mail coming into the ME Server has an IP address that belongs to Postini, not the actual originator of the e-mail. If I open up the huge range of Postini addresses, that creates a large hole for Spam to get through.
