Re: Webmail: Cannot save contact email with apostrophe
We have an issue also with a sender whose e-mail address contains an apostrophe. Using either IE 8 or Firefox (ver 13.001) in Webmail if we open the e-mail from that sender, the body is blank. The body shows in the preview pane. If we hit Reply or Forward instead of opening the e-mail in it's own wi...

DNS Records for Active Sync
This is mainly to clarify what DNS records we need to implement Active Sync. I have read the Deployement Guide a few times, looked at the examples, but I'm still not getting it. We have a wildcard SSL cert for one of our domains that is used by several sites using various Host names (A records) e.g ...

Re: Outlook 2003 MAPI Connector header dates incorrect
Try adding a header (field chooser) and add the "Sent" column.
That should show the date you want.
It's an Outlook 2003 bug..

Re: [UPDATE] Outlook connector not downloading new emails
Make sure the COM ADD-in for MailEnable is loaded in Outlook (checked). I've found it can get disabled if Outlook crashes (and the user chooses Safe Mode/don't load Add-in on next Outlook startup), and even if you check it it will unload again... in which case you have to remove it (note the path to...

Badmail- Status: Delivering
We have a number of e-mails in Badmail..some have been in there for a few days. All show a Status of Delivering, and continue to keep that status even after a few days. The addresses of the recipient are valid in each one. The rest of the system is working fine. What exactly does Status of Deliverin...

Re: Mailbox Quota Management
Ok.. I must be missing something in the config.. I set "When mailbox has reached quota to: Send notifications only" in Post Office Connector, but this morning a user received a ton of attachments, went over his quota, then got the message

E-Mail to your mailbox was rejected because i...

Re: Mailbox Quota Management
Thanks..
I've made those setting changes.
Will users still get this type of message if they exceed their quota?
E-Mail to your mailbox was rejected because it would exceed its quota.
A message from [SMTP:joe@domain.com] was rejected. Please clean your mailbox and ask the user to re-send.

Mailbox Quota Management
It seems we only have 2 choices for quota exceeded mailboxes.. either the e-mails get rejected or get sent to the Postmaster mailbox. Is there any other choice available..both choices have downsides... we do not want to lose any communications via e-mails, so never want them to be rejected. but we a...
