Built in annoyance - still going!
After my above correspondence from support I have heard - nothing. Not a word AND they closed out my ticket - so if I DID want to waste a bunch of time asking them about this stupid popup that doesn't work AGAIN - I would have to resubmit all over again AND pay upfront as well. This ugly thing conti...

returned message was from an email
We sent a 16MB file as a test to one of our clients who is complaining he is not getting large attachments. The previous error message states it is over 20MB but it is not. We sent from an email address outside our system (verizon.net) in order to test the message that way. I cannot find any mention...

Tech Support reply
ME explained that this IS a process that they created. It would appear it is not working correctly. I finally got to the bottom of this with ME tech support - here is what they said: "I have requested that this get reviewed as it does appear that the update service is not picking up the latest patch...

Version Update - Pop Up annoyance
What is the deal with the new Pop Up box? About every few minutes we are getting a notice in an unusual looking pop up box that says there is a new version of ME available. The box is down in the lower right of the screen and has two links – update and close. Meanwhile we have the latest version a...

relays.ordb.org - no longer exists
The relays.ordb.org DNSBL antispam service has recently shut down. It may be included as one of your DNSBL services used by MailEnable to fight spam. With the service being inaccessible, any mail server trying to contact the service may incur delays in the processing of emails. Probably best to remo...

Any answers YET?
Hello again,
Any news on the preview screen in the enterprise version? We are looking forward to upgrading but, as I stated before, won't do this until we know our webmail preview screen issue has been resolved.

Any answers to this one?
Hello,
We have just encountered this same issue for the first time. I cannot believe this post is from last year and no one has answered it.
Does anyone know if the upgrade to 1.60 addresses this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help (well... that is if someone answers).

Thanks Josche
The preview code worked out great. Thanks for the help with that. Please let me know if you get the preview screen set up done for the enterprise version. I would be very interested in that as it is currently the only thing keeping us from the upgrade. I do believe I read somewhere in the forum here...

After some work
Hello again, I found another post about another version of eTrust that someone else got to work. http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?t=6704 I mixed their REG file format with the REG file components written here and that got it working. I have no idea about the Parameters or Exit Codes (I just...

Little help?
Hello, We upgraded to the latest version of ME PRO 1.54 and we lost our eTrust AV set up. The old version 1.5 we had running perfectly - Now the option is no longer listed with the other AV programs in the Anti-Virus Application Presets. We had it listed before the upgrade by using the above mention...

Unsatisfied
We have several clients who have complained about the size of the preview screen with PRO and the fact that there is no way to change it around. I was hopeful that the ENTERPRISE was going to allow us to resolve this issue - but I see now that we are better off waiting until this is resolved before ...
