Nope. Not there at all. Not on either the Android or the Iphones. I just tried it when composing a message, and they're not there even then. I get them just fine on our Outlook, both Mapi and LDAP.

I have a few Android devices and a few Iphones. I can see the contacts from active sync listed under the contacts icon in their own group. But no GAL. Just the contacts from the individual mailbox.

I have Active sync deployed and am using it on all the mobile devices. The address book for the users mailbox is on the contacts list, but not the directory (Global Address List). What am I missing?

Global Address list and Mobile devices
Does anyone know how to get the Global address list onto a mobile device? I am running Enterprise 8.04. I know it can be accessed through the webmail, but I am interested in getting it to hit as a service that update the contacts list on an Iphone or Android Phone.

Quite honestly, I'm not sure. The lists I have I created from scratch as people were added. You might want to repost this in a new topic so that more people will see your question.

I had the 6.79 installed as a test bed for the software. When we went live, I installed version 7.x. The problem went away. I think the issue had to do with the way that MailEnable was processing the outgoing headers. Even though the release notes don't say so, I believe the issue has been corrected...
