I agree it should be an option. Deleting legitmate emails because of an offending keyword causes real problems. But it needs to get setup quickly! It has been years.

Ben,

I have Enterprise on one of our servers. I checked - "Where the sender has authenticated" (instead of listing out hundres of domain names), stop processing filters, and that didn't work.

Any ideas?

Mail Enable 2.0

I was pleased to see 2.0 is in Beta. It has been long overdue that web mail gets a fresh new look, and that the filtering gets fixed. I am very excited to see this get fixed, as it has seriously limited our company. Here is my question to all: In Version 2.0 will it finally be fixed that the OUTBOUN...

We do not want to allow anyone to send to our MailEnable Mail Server UNLESS it came from our Spam Server First (192.168....

Spam Prevention?

Any Idea if Implementing Spam URI Realtime Blacklists in the near future? I know MailEnable allows Reverse DNS checks. There are services that flag mail as spam based on the domain name & Urls in the email. See: http://www.surbl.org/ Since the filters are unreliable at best, are there other options ...

SMTP QUESTION

I implemented GFI MailEssentials to combat spam. It works amazing in conjunction with MailEnable -- HOWEVER.... Some Spammers somehow decide to bypass the new MailEssentials Email server and just got straight to the MailEnable Server. This means that the spam mail they send is not filtered through G...
