Hi, Spammers will spoof IP's addresses. You will need to look into methods of stopping this at the firewall level since your running Standard edition. Alternatively you can upgrade to Professional and enable the option for "Abuse detection and prevention" as this will ban incoming IP addresses after...

Hi,

Create a global filter using criteria "Where the message SPF tests return matching results" on "neutral". Then add an action to either delete message or mark as spam. You could also create a filter for "where the originating country matches".

Hi,

From inspecting the log file is looks like the spamming is using the mailbox postmaster@earn-bitcoin.in to successfully authenticate and relay spam. You need to change the password for this mailbox asap.

The error is not relating to web mail. It is the ActiveSync service. You can ignore the error.

HI,

Firstly ensure you running the latest version of MailEnable 10.38. Once upgraded enable IMAP debug logging under the IMAP properties "Logging" tab and restart IMAP. Emulate the behavior and then inspect the IMAP activity and debug logs for more clues if this still occurs in 10.38.
