Re: Recipients put user over the limit
Hi, It sounds like the mailbox has been compromised and being used to send out spam. Did you inspect the messages that were stuck on the outgoing queue folder to see if they were legitimate messages being sent by the mailbox? You need to inspect the SMTP activity and debug log files in respect to th...

Hi,
Can you log a support ticket under the category of "Upgrade" and provide full copies of the SMTP activity and debug log files for that date/time of your tests.

Re: The MailEnable "Indexing Service" service keeps stopping.
Hi, What version of Professional are you running? If not the latest then please update and try to delete the verification.xml file again and see if it still crashes. If on the latest version then please lodge a support ticket and provide access to the server via TeamViewer or RDP so that a technicia...

Hi,
We cant fix the issue if we cannot emulate the issue or gain a better understanding of the data contained in the mailboxes. We use web mail on our production servers using 10.40 an have not been able to emulate the performance issues your reporting.

Re: was not routed from the SMTP inbound message queue by the local MTA Service
Hi, In your SMTP activity log file there is no DATA command issued by the remote client/server. It issues the RCPT TO but there is no DATA after that and then issues a QUIT. Therefore no data was ever transmitted by the remote client/server to generate an inbound message. 04/27/22 23:09:18 SMTP-IN A...

Re: Sent mail not shown in webmail
Hi,
POP does not support folder subscriptions. It only downloads messages to the clients inbox folder from the server. Your best option is to reconfigure the email client to connect via IMAP for folder subscription support and so that emails are appended to the sent items folder as they are sent.

Re: 10.40 Webmail Slow as a tortoise riding a slug.
Hi,
We have tried to emulate this in 10.40 within a mailbox containing large amounts of data. There was no performance issues. Are there specific steps to reproduce this? Are you able to submit a ticket and provide access to an example mailbox via server collaboration?

Hi,
Looks like the second recipient mailbox may have whitelisted the sending domain or sender address. Check the associated SMTP debug log file for more clues. We have emulated the same scenario on our end and it works for the second RCPT to.

Re: IMAP service 10.39 High CPU and RAM spikes
Hi, From looking at the event log errors it points to an exception that was fixed in the official release of 10.39. Can you please ensure that you have downloaded 10.39 from our downloads page and upgraded to the correct official version. For safety measures can you please do this again. If the cras...
