How is this related to the new feature of binding IPs to Domains if this is at the SMTP level and as such, at least for now, only for the ME installation, not on a per domain basis....
If it was "per Domain", shouldn't this be on the Domain configuration side of the hosue?

exactly.... MS SMTP is running. You need to disable the service so ME SMTP can work/start

You deffinetively would have to check the SMTP Relaying options: - On the Relay tab: - Allow Mail Relay: checked - Allow e-mail for Authentication: checked. Just for the heck of it, I tested your test file and had no issue to retrieve via POP3 from my PDA Phone and from an e-mail client on mu PC...

SPF macros...how, where? Is this in the local Policy box?

your DNS records are not correct: a) yor SOA record should point to your primary DNS server. Currently it show: servidor.
