After adding more RAM to ME server, "Can't allocate memory ERROR" no longer shows up, problem solved, it's indeed that server is shortly of RAM that's causing ClamAV to crash. Wed Jan 11 21:08:03 2023 -> C:\PROGRA~2\MAILEN~1\Scratch\E0E802~1.MAI\0.ATT: Can't allocate ...

Re: How to dedicate more RAM to improve performance for MailEnable?
Hi, MailEnable doesn't have any extra settings for RAM usage. It will generally use as much as it needs, and does use caches for a number of things. But apart form the options for using more threads, I don't think we have anything that will utilise that much for benefit. If you need higher performa...

Re: ClamAV 64 Bits, How To?
Thanks for your feedback. So do you advise just to stay at 32bits to avoid all those troubles you've mentioned? :P 1. I just noticed the default installed ClamAV is still 32 bits, in order to take the advantage of using more RAM, is it possible to change the default installation of ClamAV from 32 bi...

Re: socket [2588] was gracefully closed during [QUIT] command by the remote client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Turn out to be sender's network is very slow, and it gave up after 60 seconds which shows "socket [2588] was gracefully closed during [QUIT] command by the remote client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" in the log file.

Re: Messages missing a valid messageId header are not\n5.7.1 accepted.
Update: After adding the SPF record, email sent to Gmail third party SMTP STILL GOT BOUNDED BACK with the Same error message. Then the problem was solved after changing to it's own domain SMTP. So the reason is obvious now, Gmail blocked all suspicious email that pretend to send from a third party, ...

Re: Messages missing a valid messageId header are not\n5.7.1 accepted.
Thanks Ian for the tips. Btw, the user who's replying email to Gmail is using third party broadband provider's SMTP, instead going through their own SMTP. Therefore, I can confirm this may not be the solution. Instead, I strongly suspect SPF plays a major part in Gmail's acceptance as one of the dom...
