Hi,

Right click on the "filters" icon under "Quarantine" in the administration console and create a new filter.

Hi,

Yes, it will archive any messages that pass through the MTA agent and execute the filter (incoming and outgoing). So the criteria is to execute on all messages.

Hi, How is the file being attached? EG: what file extension? Maybe the remote server has a filter in place to block those particular MS-office document. The only link that didnt work is the web administration one because the path is incorrect.
