Re: Domain not valid MX

Link is broken. FYI, I know how to set notifications. This one particular notification didn't have an option to stop it other than completely turning off the notifications of which I don't want to do. I would like the NDR of emails where mine or their server cannot connect ( for whatever reason ) to...

Domain not valid MX

So this "domain not valid" bounced emails is rearing it's ugly head every once and awhile. I notice it when the server is slow on connecting, especially when I'm working on it during off time. My question is, is there ANY way to just que these messages to be sent again and not immediately notify use...

Re: AutoRefresh for shared folders

I posted about this issue on the new mail notifications and EAS. Not sure if it's linked but it's worth reading. There hasn't been a fix yet nor is there a setting I know of.

Re: sending to a Office365 account

Yes it was connecting then timeing out. Come to find out it was my router primary DNS issue. It was working for 6 months but would time out on Microsoft only accounts. I think they have a slow connection time and it exacerbated the issue.

Re: Bounced Emails - Invalid Domains

Ok, there has to be some on my end. No one from my server can send to Outlook 365 users. Another client had a bounce back same NDR about an hour ago, yet I can email from a google email account. Edit: I believe the problem is fixed. The original person put the primary DNS server in the router as poi...

NMS did you find out the issue in regards to your question? I'm having the same thing happen on 365 accounts.

Re: Bounced Emails - Invalid Domains

From research that's what I had thought but I believe everything is correct.

Client received another one today :s
From the logs, it's another Outlook 365 Account it's bouncing back from.
Same error as in the previous post.

[SOLVED] Bounced Emails - Invalid Domains

I have a client that randomly receives bounced emails from the same person over and over. I get the same issue when I have tested an email to the this person from mailenable. The tested using a secondary remote email and I can email him. I have no idea what's going on. This has happened before email...

Whitelist

I added an originating IP address to the whitelist and it's still being sent to spam folders. I want it whitelisted for eveyone on the domain. I set up a master filter to say if the from contains xxxxx.com then stop filtering. No luck doing this either other than going into each person's mailbox and...

rDNS Check

I used the DNS Reverse Lookup DNS Check from MailEnable and it seems my IP doesn't pass. I do have the IP reverse set up properly with the ISP. Says I need to modify the DNS Server to hold a PTR Record. I'm kinda confused as other checkers throughout the internet show it as fine. I use Godaddy and i...

Re: Not getting new message notifications

Agreed. I'll try to be detailed. Desktop Client: Mac Mail Version 5.3 - IMAP iPhone v7.1 - Activesync ME: v8.03 - Online Interface Those are the only email clients I use above. I reinstalled MailEnable 8.03, same issue. Happens both inside and outside network. I tested with iPhone on and desktop cli...

Re: Not getting new message notifications

teleunion, I was able to replicate the error. If I turn off my iPhone and shut down my mail client on my computer, I will get the new notifications from the web interface and see it in the inbox perfectly. When I have both of the devices on, new mail comes through the iPhone and Mail Client simultan...
