So there will be no update/hot fix to V2.4 for this problem?
Thanks!

I have to stay at V2.4 for the time being. As far as the debug log, I did a direct copy from the log and posted said. Do you know what other settings would keep that from happening? Can you send the output from your V2.4 log? The Debug Level should be a set at "0x0A" right. You had some text of eith...

I am running V2.4 and I just notice that I too have messages just still in the Outbound Queue from yesterday. If I right-click on any of them, and select "Send Now", it does not do anything. If I try to view the send history, there is none. If I double-click on a message, the Message Details is inco...

For POP users you can either turn on the Management Service Junk E-Mail folder report option and then get your users to login to web mail to retrieve false positives or delete spam. Or you can set up a filter that moves any mail from the Junk E-Mail folder to the inbox. Or of course you can change ...

Want to use Spamhaus DNS Blacklist behind a mail gateway
I am running ME Enterprise V2.4 on an internal server that provides a SMTP and POP mailboxes for an application that handles customer inquires. The outside mail is delivered to my internal SMTP server via my company's main mail gateway (sendmail). I want to make use of the DNS Blacklist checks that ...

Thanks for the tip. Question on Blacklisting. I just want to mark the mail message as Spam and let it go into the Inbox. I have SMTP Blacklist Action configured as "Mark as Spam". I do have some hits as Blacklisted per log but it looks like those messages are not accepted. I do not have the Post Off...

Is the response from zen.spamhaus.org possible?
I have DNS and URL Blacklisting enabled for the SMTP service. I am pointing them to zen.spamhaus.org. Is there a way for me to see what the response back from zen.spamhaus.org is? Maybe have a "X-ME" mail headers added to the message?
Thanks!
Dave

Trying to use Spamhaus behind a firewall
My mail servers that are used for an mail application we have sit behind a firewall. I want to use the SMTP Blacklist functionality with Spamhaus. Is there anyway to tell MailEnable to use our DNS server that is on the DMZ which is of course on the other side of the firewall and it can resolve exter...

Fake a 550-'No such local user' status back to the sender
I would like to set up a filter that rejects mail to a particular local mailbox address and return a "fake" 550-'No such local user' status code back to the sender. I say "fake" because the mailbox does exist.
Is there a way to do this?
Thank you.
Dave
