Password Resets?
Hi, Accounts IME_User, IME_Admin, and IME_System have had their passwords changed. I know what they are, but I would like them unchanged. Any idea how to reset these back? As it is now, every time I install an update I have to go in and manually configure the anonymous users in IIS, and I suspect th...

Single Threaded?
Is mailenable a completely single-threaded application? I have been experiencing performance issues lately and finally did some performance monitoring, and all the IIS processes go into a single pool that is single threaded, and my processor cores do not seem to be helping much. I could add a second...

Times shifting
I am having a lot of trouble with times of Outlook appointments shifting. One day it says 2PM, next day it says 6PM. My users are rebelling and going back to paper calendars because the times are so random. Does anyone have any ideas what to check? We are using the most recent version of enterprise,...

Re: Outlook Mailenable Address Book
Yeah, I tried deleting the profile, and all the local MAPI cache and no luck.
I agree, in the past this has solved this problem.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Outlook Mailenable Address Book
So, normally when I set up a user with the MAPI client, the mailenable address book just works. It is not the default contact list in Outlook, but the end user can select it. But: I have a user who lost that ability. I have deleted and re-added the outlook MAPI account and the underlying profile, to...

IPhones 9.04
I updated to 9.04 Enterprise Premium last night and all our iphones are continually prompting for username/password and not accepting any entered values.
Problem is not on any Droid.
Any ideas?

Passwords?
How would a mail admin recover the passwords to the AD service accounts?
IME_User and IME_Admin account passwords have been changed by an admin user and every update that we apply breaks our web mail until we go through our IIS server and change the credentials.

MAPI Plug in
Okay, seriously. My users are getting prompted every day or two with these MAPI client updates.
Can we get a stable release? It is overwhelming my help desk.
Mailenable team - can someone share the registry key to disable auto checking for updates? So I can at least roll that out?

TLS?
So, I have a partner who uses ZIX secure email platform to send encrypted emails to me. The way it should be working is, if they can make a TLS connection to my server, they send it in clear text, otherwise their gateway sends us a link and we have to log into their portal to retrieve the message. I...

Tasks
I had a MS Outlook user lose track of tasks. Some of them were just missing one morning when she logged in, but were available on her phone via EAS, and on webmail. I have deleted her MS Mail profile, deleted her local cache in her USER folder on the local computer, AND deleted the indexes in the ta...

1.61 Delivery Problems
Anyone notice that mail delivery in spotty with the 1.61 upgrade? I am getting lots of reports from users of different configurations that mail is not being delivered, even when send/receive is used.
Closing and opening Outlook seems to force delivery.

Re: Does ME look at the forum anymore?
I have found that most often, the answers, if they come, are weeks or months later.
