Setting standards for new postoffices

Hi, When I create a new postoffice I want the standard to be quota settings per postoffice. Is this possible, or is it not because there is not created a emailaccount on the postoffice yet to receive notifications? Another thing is that I have activated greylisting per emailaccount. But it should be...

Deactivate "try to send internally first"

Hi, Our mailserver tries first to send to a local postoffice. If not found it looks outside mailserver. Is it possible to disable this function? The problem is when customer moves email away from our server without notifying us. Then when we send the customer a email, then it goes into local postoff...

Deny IP after wrong password

Hi, Is there a possibility to deny IP when trying to login with wrong password to many times. Edit Access Controll list

Hi,

My access controll list has grown to much, and now I cant edit it any more. Is there a way to edit it manually not through mailenable? Is it a way to reset (empty the list)?

password recovery

Hi, I have read here in the forum something about password recovery. But I cant find this as a feature in the product matrix. Is there such a feature in the new version 4? And if there is how do this work? I'm thinking that a password recovery feature would be a good reason to upgrade from 3 to 4. W...

Norwegian characters in email from webmail

Hi,

When we send emails from webmail some (few) emails arrive at the recipient with the the norwegian characters replaced by other symbols.

What can I do to prevent this happening. Is it an error from mailenable webmail or something wrong with the recipients mail program?

Regards,

Sindre

Then only different is that I changed a ø to o in the subject. The mail with o was stoped and not the one with ø. So th...
