Ian, Thanks for all your help on this. I'm looking at the SMTP logs on the server, and I think I may have found the problem. Thank you Ian. That seems to have done the trick. We haven't had any scrambled messages or blank attachments since I removed the footer from MXscan. If the problem crops back up, I'll post it to the forum again.

Hello, Have you checked to make sure that your SPF records, Reverse DNS records, DKIM records and everything else are correct? Some servers are really touchy about that kind of thing.
