Hi, Have you tried running the option "common installation" within the meinstaller utility to reset any invalid file permissions? Hi,

Sounds like you havnt specified a fully qualified hostname under the hostname field within the SMTP properties window under the "General" tab. Use the same name as your MX record.

Hi, Without access to the mail server and unable to diagnose log files then it will be difficult to determine the cause of the problem.
