Same issue here on 2.36 Pro version.
POP3 died few times last week, without error and without significant events in Event Viewer.
Beside that I noticed some weird behaviour, which I describe in other post here: http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?p=46981#46981

Thanx Ben,
awaiting new release.
BTW: there is still a BUG in attachments filter, which filters attachemnts by extension using *.ext* rule instead of *.ext
(it filters out also names like movie.from.funmovies.com.avi - see my old bug report here)

Which process consumes CPU? SpamAssassin or MailEnable MTA?
You may try running the service or process with LOW priority:
I run SpamAssasin collector and AwStats update this way and it works great.

Skins and number of messages in WebMail not changing?!
I have ME Pro latest. Only one webmail domain. I changed default SKIN to be "light blue" and default number of messages shown to 50. Restarted IIS, restarted all services in ME. BUT webmail still uses default "jelly" and default 15 messages instead of new settings. Do I need to restart the whole ser...

It happened to me once before. But then back before it had some background - my disk was full up to the last byte, and in DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICES.TAb files random domains were missing. But, as I said, it was closely related to lack of disk space. This time it was not disk space. As a control pane...

Domain deleted from DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICE.TAB
Hello, it is the second time I noticed some domains simply dissapeared from DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICE.TAB files. All domain directory structure with all mails and passwords in AUTH.TAB was intact, but domain name dissapeared from above mentioned 2 files. If I manually added the domain in these files...

The default setting is only used to configure new web mail accounts. You will have to change your setting in web mail. You mean, every user will need to set his settings for himself? But I think there must be some general setting, because BEFORE I upgraded to ME Pro 2.x, ALL users had default chars...

Webmail of MEPro 2.1 on ASP.NET 2.0 is very slow
Hello! I upgraded from ME Pro 1.75 to Pro 2.11 version and after some exercising with Application Pools, I managed it to work almost fine. The only problem is that new ASP.NET 2.0 WebMail is now very, very slow. It takes 10-15 seconds even before login screen loads at the client. I was observing ser...
