Try and upgrade to the latest version of MailEnable 1.841 located here: http://www.mailenable.com/mailenableprof1841.exe as there have been changes since the 1.54 version you have in regards to message attachments.

Right click on the webmail icon within the administration console and you will see a field where to specify the "number of messages per page" within webmail. You need to restart IIS in order for the changes to take effect.
