I use AVG 6 free edition. So far no problems. As long as it's updated it seems to catch everything. Does a good job logging with this batch file:

Using Real Name in Webmail
I've got a small concern about the webmail interface. When I send email using webmail, it doesn't show up as coming from "john doe" but it shows my email address. I've scowered mmc and webmail options but I see no place to make the change. Am I not looking in the right places or does it not exist?
