i refer to mailbox and postoffice level...not the global smtp.
actually what will happen after hitting the limit ? will the sender got informed ?

what will happen after a user hits the max allowed smtp recipient? a bounce back to the user ?
trying to simulate that on my mailbox and nothing happen....receiver still able to receive the mail event after hitting the max number.

dear support,
i having 1 iphone and 1 windows phone to test the activesync.
over in my mailbox, i got 4 mail but iphone only show 3 of them while windows phone show all the 4.
i delete and recreate the setting over in my iphone but still it doesn't solve the issue.
any idea ?

Problem was that the 64 bit DSN was not set up - preventing the EAS license manager from issuing EAS quotas to postoffices. It now detects the problem and reports the missing DSN, and that will be included in 6.54 and later. Thanks hi andrew ! Thanks...finally...i was suspecting somehow permission ...

it should be under the Mail Enable\Postoffices\DOMAIN\MAILROOT\MAILBOX directory and not in DB.
