Re: EMail Not Saving to Send Folder
So I reprogrammed the firewall not to strip out SMTP or interfere with any SMTP traffic and it looks like it's working. I am going to watch it through the day but I see all the SENT items being kept in the folder and not dropping out. So far so good. I will let you know if that fixed it after I run ...

Re: EMail Not Saving to Send Folder
That actually makes a lot of sense. Let me try and not filter the SMTP port and see if I can get this to work. I have control over the firewall so I should be able to fix this. I will try to bypass the firewall filtering on the SMTP port and see if it works.

Re: EMail Not Saving to Send Folder
One other point I want to make on this. When I send the email, the email will move into the SENT ITEMS folder, however, the next time Outlook syncs the folder ALL the recent sent items are GONE. For example, I had 10 messages I sent yesterday and today and when I went to look in the SENT ITEMS folde...

Re: Emails sent via Smart phone and Outlook client are not seen in the sent items of webmail
I am having the same issue. When I use Thunderbird with IMAP, it works. When I go back to Outlook with the Mailenable connector, no luck.

EMail Not Saving to Send Folder
When I am using Outlook and the Mailenable MAPI connector, when I send an email it often is not saved in the SENT folder or any other SENT folder. Sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. This is a big problem because I often need to go back and reference emails I sent and I can't find them. Wh...

Re: Outlook Connector Question & Linux
I just got it working! There is a problem with my SSL cert. If I use HTTP instead of HTTPS it works perfectly. Also I had to format the links for Thunderbird. I used this article to figure it out: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020510 I am amazed at how well CALDAV works. I ca...

Re: Outlook Connector Question & Linux
SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT I opened port 8080 through the firewall to the MailEnable server and tried using the HTTPS link on my WEBMAIL:OPTIONS:CLIENT SETTINGS. I then went into Outlook and add an Internet Calendar (WebDAV) and enter the HTTPS link for the calendar. Outlook pops up a message and says...

Outlook Connector Failing Big Time
I am having a lot of problems with the Outlook connector and need to know if there is a way to fix it. I recently reloaded my laptop with a new fresh install of Windows 10 and loaded Office 2016 32 bit. After, I loaded the mailenable connector for Outlook and configured. At first, it worked for a wh...

Sent Items Gone!
I am using the Mailenable MAPI connector and I have noticed that every time I sent an email and it sends and moves into SENT ITEMS, it then disapears never to be found again. Can someone tell me why sent mail is suddenly disapearing at the next sync after it's sent? I see the email get moved to SENT...

Re: Outlook Connector Question & Linux
Thank you for the excellent reply. It sounds like moving to DEV technologies cuts out the need to use ActiveSync and makes it possible to use Linux based clients and other clients that support DEV but don't support ActiveSync which is excellent! With that said, I tried configuring CALDEV on Thunderb...

[SOLVED] Outlook Connector Question & Linux
Two questions regarding email clients: 1. Outlook What is the difference between the Mailenable MAPI Outlook connector and the OpenProtocols Connector? Which one should I be using? Is one better than the other? I have been using the Mailenable MAPI connector for years and it works great. I am wonder...

Click "REPORT AS SPAM" By Accident
I have clicked REPORT AS SPAM accidentally multiple times. Can anyone tell me what that option does and is there anyway to reverse it if you or a user clicks on that option accidentally? Is there a place in the admin console or web interface to reverse it?
