Hi,

You can find the polling setting for the mailbox clean-up agent under the "management service" properties window. More information on the settings can be found in the Enterprise documentation on page 79.

Hi,

Do you have any mailbox filters configured? Do yo have any mailbox delivery events configured?

If so then try and disable them to see if it improves the MEPOC performance.
