Outlook Sync Program Mailenable 3.0

Hello: I can't seem to log in from Outlook using the sync program. It tells me it can't log in with my credentials. Of course, they are correct when I log in to webmail. What's the issue here. Does this work with POP3? Something is not correct and the logs are no use. ME support can you assist? Tks....
