Problem with latest beta 21 September release

There appears to be a bug in the latest beta V10.48 release from 21 September, in that it will not complete the installation due to some type of permissions issue. Even though I am logged in as administrator and run the installation as administrator it still stops just as it gets to the IMAP service installation part. The service does not get installed then the install stops. I reverted back to the previous version, re-installing it, and everything is back to normal.

Just installed this last week, I did not have this issue with Enterprise.
