Hi,
after setting up an account MAPI on Outlook 2007 the folder 'sent item' ('posta inviata' in italian) is not synchronized with the messages in webmail as you have indicated:
7. If emails sent are not being copied to the Sent Items folder on the server, then it is likely that Outlook is not talking directly to the server. Antivirus programs (such as Nortons) or similar proxies can block this from occurring since it uses extended SMTP commands to tell the server to copy the sent message to the users Sent Items.
this is a problem for business usage, when you think you can solve it?
thank you
bye

Re: Problem folder 'Sent Items'
I have a similar problem.
I'm trialling the MAPI connector, we are trying to roll it out to support a selected number of clients.
I woke up this morning and all sent items vanished in Outlook, For all postoffices and accounts setup. Well.. anyone using the MAPI connector ver 1.28
They are still present in Webmail, but the Sync for some reason decided to remove them from outlook.
I've tried to "reset folder from server" .. it says its completed,
Can anyone tell me how effective "reset folder from server" ?
how do i actually ask nicely for outlook to do a full mailbox comparision? ..
Mailbox sizes are well over 1.5gig.. this would take along time to Sync up if I were to setup the profile again.
Any ideas?

Re: Problem folder 'Sent Items'
Hi
When I select, "Remove orphaned Cache Items"
It clears the sent items from Outlook.
Even the latest .. All of them..
They are still in the message store, or webmail.
Anyone else had this problem?
How do I get them back?

Hello Raid7
To visualize the items sent back through bricolage.
Enter the mail server, navigate to the folder C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Mail Enable \ Postoffices \ domain \ Mailroot \ user \ Sent Items, move messages to another folder C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Mail Enable \ Postoffices \ domain \ Mailroot \ user \ folder, delete files *. xml and move messages from Sent Items folder to ° ° within MSOutlook
It was the way I found to visualize Sent Items.

Hi MailEnable-Ian
Already opened a ticket and presented problem.
They said it was not the case now.
I think they should think better on the subject and retrieve possibility
For items sent zero Well then recreate account is really frustrating for us to support area.
