Post by MadCyberRunner »

I can't get Outlook to activate the Autoresponse.

It is possible to activate the Autoresponse in webmail, and the deactivate it from outlook. But not the other way around.

Maileanble premium 5.11 and ME 1.37
Windows 7 64Bit and Outlook 2010 32 bit.

It should work both ways and does here for me, which ever direction I disable or enable it affects both clients. Can you tell me anything more about the process and what you are seeing. If it is a simple process of the Outlook connector greying out a feature or not allowing selection of the feature then you may need to submit a support request via the MailEnable web site for further help. If you test this from another client and still have the same problem then you can put this under defect so there are no charges.

I tested with Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. The version of MailEnable is later though, and I am probably running a later Outlook Connector than you but i do not see any changes in the change list that would affect this feature. With that in mind it is up to you, if you want to wait for the next minor release of each V 5.12 Server and V 1.38 Connector or if you need more immediate help then please submit a support request via the MailEnable web site. You can put it under the category of defect so there is no charge.

When can we expect 5.12 and 1.38 to be released?
