Contacts not showing properly in Outlook

We just started using Mailenable Enterprise (latest version) and we have about 10 users using the mapi connector on Outlook 2007.

Somehow, when they copy contacts from their old .pst file to the mailenable contacts, the "notes" under each contact show as gibrish in Outlook but shows no problem off the webmail.

Does anyone have an answer to that?

Also - you may not have an issue, but we just went through a very large migration to Enterprise Premium and found that creating a new mail profile and importing PST data (rather than drag and drop) was a much more stable process.

Basically:
Install MAPI Client
Control Panel - Mail - Profiles
Delete Existing Profile
Add new profile / Server Type Other - MailEnable
Provide credentials
Go in to Outlook as end-user
Do an Import from their PST (one section at a time if it's a large PST - Inbox, Deleted, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks

Like I said, this process seemed to be much more stable than dragging and dropping contents.
