Licensing problem: Enterprise edition

Post by truelz »

Hi,
One company (post office) on my mail server needs the 5 MAPI licenses available in the Enterprise edition.
Nevertheless, because this company was not the default postoffice back when I configured the feature, 2 licenses is still reserved for another postoffice and a user in this postoffice, respectively, even though they are not usable, because it is not the default postoffice anymore.

The "Consumed licenses" are as:
kbtryk.dk kontor
kbtryk.dk mikael
kbtryk.dk ra
mikrosites.dk
mikrosites.dk troels
Total Licenses Consumed: 5

I would like to remove the two lower entries in this list, such that two more users from the kbtryk.dk postoffice can utilize the functionality. How can I do that?

Kind regards,
Troels Jessen
