Re: Outlook Crashing
Hi,
would it be possible to raise a support ticket under the defect category so we can investigate the crash.
In doing so, we will most likely need a copy of the MAPI client troubleshooting logs so we can investigate any errors that lead up to the crash.
The ticket can be raised at https://www.mailenablecorp.com/support/step1.asp
Thanks.

Re: Outlook Crashing
Latest versions of everything, 64 bit and 32 bit - outlook crashes on close, frequently. It also still has trouble with pulling down 15 folders with 1000 messages in each folder on the initial load - crashes outlook after outlook.exe increases in memory usage up to GB+, depending on the computer.
