I am running Enterprise premium 8.60
Mapi connector 2.23
I am having af problem with a user's calendar
I have read that you should not delete the _index file in calendar
I am able to see the calendar appointments on the server, but not in Webmail nor outlook
How can I get the sync running again??????

Create a _CHANGE.DTY file within the "Calendar" folder and then log in into the client and access the calendar as it will force an index update. While this is a temporary fix you really need to determine what is causing the index file corruption (if a corruption). Perhaps going through MailEnable support system is the best way forward for a managed response and to be able to inspect the server and log file sin more detail.

1. Open Windows Notepad and perform a save as..
2. Save the empty text file as: _CHANGE.DTY
