I had a MS Outlook user lose track of tasks. Some of them were just missing one morning when she logged in, but were available on her phone via EAS, and on webmail.

I have deleted her MS Mail profile, deleted her local cache in her USER folder on the local computer, AND deleted the indexes in the task folder on the server.

But I cannot get the tasks to download, even when creating her a new mail profile.

Outlook 2010
Plug on 2.4
