I have one user who is having trouble sending to one address on the same post office.

They cannot reply to the user, they cannot use the global directory to send them a message, and they cannot type in the address.

No one else has trouble with this address and this user has no problem with any other address.

They get an instant System Admin message when they try and the ME connector throws a 503 error.

Windows 7 / Outlook 2013 - Latest builds on ME server and on Outlook MAPI plug in.

I have tried the following:

1) Repairing the PST
2) Deleting and recreating the mail profile.
3) Repairing the MS Office install.

Nothing helps.

Any ideas?

i had an issue with the new MAPI connector with my outlook as well not being able to send emails. i reinstalled the old MAPI connector 2.60 and everything is working fine now. i am using windows 10 outlook 2016

I tried the downgrade to no avail, but thank you for the suggestion!
